Mrs. Odhiambo holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a B.Com (Accounting) degree both from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). She is an accomplished professional with 30 years’ experience in financial management. Mrs. Odhiambo joined the Public Sector at Kenya Post Office Savings Bank as Director (Finance and Administration) where she successfully led the organization’s financial process reforms and later moved to the Constituencies Development Fund Board as the Chief Executive Officer where she spearheaded the development, formulation and implementation of its strategy. She was appointed the first Controller of Budget of the Republic of Kenya in August 2011.
